Cheryl Kelstrom-Smith, MSW, LCSW
A licensed counselor and social
worker, Cheryl is a mental health and substance therapist at
Axis-One, Inc. Cheryl has training and teaching in treatment of
domestic violence, substance abuse, individual, and couples therapy,
and working with teens and adolescents.
She has four years
experience working with court ordered adult drug abusers and dual
diagnosis clients (substance abuse and mental illness combined)
teaching stages of change, life skills, anger management, and living
a clean and sober life.
Her volunteer work includes Red Cross,
Festival of Trees-Primary Children’s Hospital, Your Community
Connection YCC, Girl Scouts of America, Boy Scouts of America, and
church callings. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from
Weber State University, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from
the University of Utah. She is the mother of 8 children (four are
stepchildren).
