Your Satisfaction
We have a fairly simple philosophy about
client service: If you didn't get what you wanted or expected, you don't
have to pay. If you are dissatisfied, we will do all within our power to
make it up to you. For us to keep this promise, the client has
responsibility to follow a couple simple rules:
If the service involves counseling, any claim for a refund must be made
before another session occurs. Once a refund is made, we would not want
you to continue as an unsatisfied client unless it is clear to us a
change of counselors or other remedy would solve the problem and we can
continue counseling or you realize your error in making a claim and
repay the refunded amount.
If the disputed transaction involves other more tangible resources, the
return policies of the vendor must first be followed. Any shipping or
handling cost is not refundable, but we will stand behind any item
purchased from our website if it is unsatisfactory.
In the case of any dispute that is not quickly settled to your
satisfaction, email us with full details and we promise prompt
resolution.
